The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options to satisfy all tastes. Plus, the hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the stunning mountain views and serene atmosphere that surround it.

Beautiful and well-maintained hotel nestled in the hills with lush greenery. The rooms offer stunning views and are comfortable and clean. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off in the heat. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and speak good English. The location provides easy access to the city center and public transportation is easily available. it was a perfect place to spend New Year's Eve with loved ones.

The deck chairs by the pool were few and uncomfortable. The noise from children around the pool area could be bothersome at times.

The hotel lacked a bar near the pool, requiring travelers to buy drinks at the reception and carry them to their chairs.

The hotel is located in a stunning location near a mountain stream and nature reserve filled with beautiful wildlife. The breakfast is fantastic with a variety of bread, cheese, cold cuts, jam, dulce de leche. The terrace is an amazing spot to enjoy breakfast, offering a serene view of the water and pool.

The towels and bed clothes are worn out and not well maintained. , there is no onsite restaurant for dinner, but there are great restaurant options within walking distance.

I had an incredible time during my stay in this hotel located in a wonderful forest. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a magnificent pool perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The cleanliness was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Furthermore, the location was excellent as it was very easy to get transportation to explore the nearby private park.
